These wheels do not move any easier than the wheels for hard surfaces, that were already on the chair.

Excellent purchase -- working well and turned an old chair into a rolling fixer! But the real reward should go to the two staff persons helping me that day. The manager and register clerk both went beyond good customer service. I will return soon to purchase more quality office supplies.
